Selecting your service

Feedback Studio for iOS can automatically identify which service you belong to once you've entered your login credentials. However, in the instance that you have an account with both Turnitin.com and TurnitinUK.com that use the same email address and password, we need you to let us know which service you'd like to access. You will be asked to select the service that you wish to log into: Feedback Studio or Feedback Studio UK.

If, after selecting a respective Turnitin service, you'd like to switch services, simply log out of the Feedback Studio for iOS app and log back in, selecting an alternative service when prompted.

Upon login, if your password and email address combination for both services are not identical, we will immediately route you to the service that corresponds to the email address and password provided. Should you wish to switch to a different service, please log out, then back in, using the login credentials associated with the chosen service.
