Purchasing credits
To submit documents you will need credits. Select the Purchase Submissions to purchase submission credits.
There are three options for purchasing credit.

Individual Package
For submission of a single manuscript. One document credit charged for any file submission 25,000 words and below. You will receive five revision uploads with this package.
This option costs $125.00 USD.

Three Credit Package
For submission of multiple manuscripts or one manuscript of up to 75,000 words. One document credit charged for any submission 25,000 words and below. You will receive five revision uploads with this package.
This option costs $300.00 USD.

Higher Volume
If you would like more than three credits you can contact the iThenticate team and discuss purchasing a higher volume of credits.
Once purchased, the amount of credits you have remaining is shown in the Submit a document panel. The amount is the number of document remaining.
One submission credit equals 25000 words. If you submit a document that is longer than 25000 words then a second credit will be used.
Please note that AI detection is not available for iThenticate 1.0. If you wish to purchase credits for AI detection you must use iThenticate 2.0. Please contact our sales team to discuss this.
