Your Turnitin guidance is moving!
We’re migrating our content to a new guides site. We plan to fully launch this new site in July. We are making changes to our structure that will help with discoverability and content searching. You can preview the new site now. To help you get up to speed with the new guidance structure, please visit our orientation page .
Private Repositories/Nodes
It is possible for organizations to purchase a private custom repository/node for their iThenticate account. A private repository will allow you to upload documents to compare future submissions against. To purchase a private repository, contact your iThenticate sales rep.
Once you have had your private repository set up, you will need to give individual users access to it.
- Select the Manage Users tab
- Find the user you would like to provide access to the private repository and select the edit button
- Scroll down to user permissions and select Allow user option to add documents to a private storage area
You will need to repeat this step for every user in your account that you would like to provide access to the private repository.
